What comes with a TruServe enrollment?
Every organization that uses TruServe has their own unique website and URL. Only users that have been granted
access will be able to use the system. Enrollment also includes training via webinar (on-site training available
for an additional cost), and unlimited access to the Center for Rural Health help desk during normal business
hours.
How was the system originally created?
The system was created for internal use by the Center
for Rural Health. As more organizations saw the need for a web-based tracking system,
TruServe was adapted to meet those needs. The first external organization to use TruServe was the Minnesota
Office of Rural Health and Primary Care. Currently, 40+ organizations use TruServe.
What happens to our data if we discontinue use of TruServe?
If for any reason, an organization wishes not to continue using TruServe, a full copy of all their data will be
provided to them (e.g., zip file). All data will then be deleted from CRH servers.
